Reviews and Ratings
Getting a late check-in close to 3 am due to pre-booked train tickets wasn't an issue at all. The spacious and comfortable room was clean overall, but it felt a bit cold when we arrived late in the evening around 7ish. The hotel offers convenient parking spaces, which is a plus.
My stay at the Premier Inn was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The convenient location near Kew Gardens and the wonderful service truly stood out. However, the dining experience was a bit hectic at times, but the Sicilian pastries were a delightful treat.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and reasonably quiet rooms, although some noise from passing planes disturbed me at times. The air conditioning worked well to counter the noise from the nearby road. The service was lacking in organization and left something to be desired. The location was ideal for exploring Kew, Richmond, and London. The dining experience was limited to just breakfast, which was plentiful and enjoyable. The facilities were adequate but could use improvement.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with the convenience of air conditioning and a fan. The service is friendly and attentive, although an extra staff member would have been beneficial. The location, while a bit out of the way, provides access to various attractions. The dining experience is pleasant but could be chaotic at times. Overall, a good value for money option.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were reasonably clean and quiet, but the heat was uncomfortable despite the fans. The bathrooms were in good condition, and the coffee and croissant were a nice touch. However, the location had some drawbacks, failing to meet expectations, and the instant coffee supply was disappointing.
